Bob Hesselberth

Bob Hesselberth is the retired founder and CEO of Spectracom Corporation, which is now part of Orolia. He describes his retirement profession as "paragraph artisan," to which he converted himself after a long career as electronic engineer and business manager. He is the author of a memoir, Two Shakes of a Lamb's Tail, published in 2014 and has published articles and opinion pieces in the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle and 55+ Magazine. His soon-to-be-published book is How To Manage Your Small Business Cash Flow.

Bob has served on the boards of the Lilac City Rochester Writers, Penfield Symphony Orchestra, the Shepherd Home, the Rochester Genealogical Society, the Rochester African Violet Society, the Flower City Jazz Society, the Lakeside Flying Club, and the Penfield Presbyterian Church.

He lives in Pittsford NY with his wife, Marianne. To clear his mind after a harrowing day of crafting paragraphs, he plays pickleball.
